And we’re back! After a short hiatus, Short Pants has returned to kick off our next big story arc. (So now we’re into volume two. Technically, I guess it’s issue #4. Or something. It’s a webcomic, so it doesn’t much matter.)
Just to get you up to speed with the story so far: After a run-in with his ex, Sam was left feeling immature and worthless, retreating from the world, his girlfriend Lily and his job at the bookstore. So when a couple of old pals offered a night on the town, Sam happily accepted, hoping to finally kick his depression. The evening went smashingly well, despite Sam losing most of his clothes and getting splashed with a mysterious black goo in the Pterodactyl’s hideout. Now on his way home, as happy and at peace as he’s been in a long, long while, Sam bumps into the girlfriend he’s been so rudely neglecting…
